Foundation Stage Member

Beeswift Ltd is proud to announce that after investing much time and energy, we have been accepted by the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) as a Foundation Stage member.

ETI is internationally recognised as a leading alliance in ethical trade, sharing expertise, resources and best practice among those seeking to improve their supply chains. As well as companies, its extensive network includes key trade unions and non-government organisations.

ETI members adopt its Base Code of labour practice, whose clauses include:

* Employment is freely chosen
* Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected
* Working conditions are safe and hygienic
* Child labour shall not be used
* Living wages are paid
* Working hours are not excessive
* No discrimination is practised
* Regular employment is provided
* No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed


We are honoured to be part of ETI and will work in collaboration with its other members to make our supply chains more responsible, sustainable and better for the people who work in them.

We believe in a supply chain where all workers should be free to work despite age, colour, ethnicity, sex or background.
